Ordering

How do I know what size to order?

Every product includes a detailed size chart to help you find the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because many of our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your purchase is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before production begins.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that holidays and peak shopping seasons may result in slightly longer processing or delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. As Barbarian Dad grows, we hope to expand shipping to additional countries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package from our printer to your doorstep.

What kind of shirts do you use?

We print on premium apparel from trusted brands including Comfort Colors® and Bella+Canvas®. The garment used depends on the design and product, but every shirt is selected for its comfort, quality, and durability.

Are your shirts soft?

Absolutely. Whether it's the garment-dyed feel of Comfort Colors or the lightweight softness of Bella+Canvas, our goal is to offer apparel you'll enjoy wearing again and again.

Do the shirts shrink?

Our garments are made from high-quality cotton or cotton blends. As with most apparel, slight shrinkage is possible if dried on high heat. For the best results, wash in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang dry.

How should I wash my shirt?

To help preserve your shirt and printed design:

Wash inside out.
Machine wash cold.
Use mild detergent.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the printed design.

Following these instructions will help keep your shirt looking great for years to come.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to replace the item or resolve the issue.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. Please review the size chart before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, we're happy to help before you place your order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If production hasn't started, we'll update your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
